Must pass one exam at the end of training with a minimum score of 85%.
Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Effective verbal, written communication and problem solving skills. 
Experience handling inbound, outbound phone calls, fax referrals, web inquiries and ensure all contacts are appropriately documented.
